Yes, good selection and options for all kind of taste!
Yes.
Yes, you can.
Doug is correct, they have wifi
You don't have to pay to get in. It is a lovely coffee shop open to the public!
Cute. Peaceful. Fast. We came early on a Sunday. Later it seemed to really fill in and it was packed by the time we left. A lot of older people there. Like we were the only diners under 55. I guess that’s just the area. Loved it. The cheddar tomato soup was so good.
Food was AMAZING and had wonderful customer service!
People "swarm" for the food...the buttery smooth espresso keeps me "buzzing"
The restaurant is clearly trying to do more than they can actually do. The food is just okay. The coffee is solid! But being told by three different waitstaff that you should not sit down when you really aren’t trying to find a spot while TWO other people are breaking their policy is frustrating and very confusing. The atmosphere and service make it definitely a place to not go especially with kids.
I got their supposedly popular breakfast burrito, and it was pretty bad in my opinion. The beans tasted as if they were right out of a can, not even strained. The hash browns and the burrito had a strange taste to it as well... almost like a “clean” taste, but not the good kind of “clean” taste, rather the “clean” taste that reminds you of cleaning chemicals. I would give two stars, but the tea was good so I gave three. Maybe their other food is better. I’d steer clear of the breakfast burrito though! Not worth the price either. The cafe was cute and had nice outdoor seating and made good accommodations for COVID-19.
Good place .must visit
Food was flavorful and fresh. Portions were on the smaller size which isn't always a bad thing. Online ordering system was a bit cumbersome but food was worth the struggle.
Small, quaint, and airy in the summer, this is a lovely little coffee shop (& restaurant!) in a lovely little town. I sat out on the sidewalk but definitely giving the rooftop seating a try next time. Staff is young and friendly and the menu is exciting. Coffee is obviously delicious as are the baked goods. A must-visit when in Bristol!
Fantastic coffee drinks and gluten free bread options, love that they offer baked chickpeas or a mixed salad with your sandwich.hip atmosphere!
Unique menu with interesting twists on many common dishes. Friendly staff and low key ambience. I had a grilled cheese with pan fried chick peas. Located at the Bristol end of east bay bike path from Providence, great to replenish for the return trip
Black Bean Burger and Chick Peas side...delicious!
Great place for a coffee. You can sit at independence park and enjoy the water view.
Good atmosphere and great food. It's small so it can get busy quickly but you can usually find a seat
My husband and I dined here for lunch. The menu is interesting, and our food was excellent. Sadly, our positive experience was undermined by a sirly, rude waitress. When we asked about how we should bus our table (nowhere are there any clear instructions), she snarled that she would do it. She grabbed our plates, dropped then into bin at the end of the room, and stomped away. Would I return? Yes, as long as she is not there.
I don't give 5 stars out of principle but this place deserves it. It's a very cute cafe bakery downstairs and a restaurant upstairs (they sell beer, wine, and possibly hard liquor). The atmosphere is warm and pleasant. And the food. The food is incredible. The Beehive specializes in vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options, so everyone has something they can really enjoy (they serve meat, dairy, and gluten products too). Everything tastes healthy and fresh, the portion sizes are perfect, and you don't feel gross after you eat. The desserts are also amaaaazing (the mint chocolate chip cake is probably the best thing I've ever eaten). The service is great too! Everyone is so friendly. In the summer there's outside seating & a deck as well. Highly recommend.
Delicious homemade sausage breakfast sandwich
I had always love this little place. Great breakfasts, lunch, and dinner or just a snack. Comfortable but at times very busy but all good places will be. The help hustle to serve everyone here.
Great atmosphere and tasty food. The coffee drinks are amazing.
The waitress was very rude.As I was told by other customers, place you're order while you find a place to sit. My husband proceeded to sit ,asI stood in line to place our order. The waitress said he had to leave from the seating area because, there might have been ahead of us looking for seating. He .left the table ,but stated to her that there was other people sitting also , prior to him ,but she didn't ask them to not sit there.I decided to leave ,due to the in welcome waitress. The food might be good ,but the service killed it for me !!!
The appetizers, main courses, and baked desserts are fantastic. Everything is prepared quickly. Love the fried chickpeas! And we just tried the vegetable pot pie. Big yum!
Great little café right about a block from the bay. We went for lunch and had a great experience. My fiancée was able to get a great vegetarian option and I had the daily special. We will definitely be back the next time we go to Bristol.
A great joint with good hearty breakfasts
Delicious! The food was fresh, even the tomato which can be iffy in some places. The atmosphere was fun and cute little bee accents everywhere. You have to try it!
Great "Homemade" food made with locally sourced ingredients. Amazing pastries...chicken pot pie...breakfasts...and sandwiches.
Adorable and quaint little spot for breakfast. They were quick and the food was delicious! But the bacon was almost too crispy, it fell apart as I took a bite into it.
Love the music here and their chai tea is delicious and their honey almond cake is so moist!
Quaint little place, very busy. Delicious food. I LOVE the honey cakes!
Listen. This place serves a turkey hash that is like nothing else I've tried. The restaurant is very small but super cozy and fills up fast. If you're in the area, definitely visit this gem!
Nice spot. Happy it was open on Monday. Must've come in as the staff needed a break 'cause they were much nicer to other who came in after we were served. So, one less star for begrudging service.I tried the golden latte...spicy good. My mom had a perfectly pumpkin latte. Flavor was on point, but the latte was sloshed during the pour, so the cup was swimming on delivery. That sloppiness doesn't behoove a nice spot like this. Sticky sipping really detracts from the special visit. A quick wipe and new saucer would've made a much nicer experience.A bit more attention to detail could make this place 100%
Great local spot, everyone who works here is really nice and they have great pastries and food. It's nice to sit outside when the weather is good!
I went to The Beehive Cafe with a couple of friends. It was about a couple years ago since I had gone. I live far away so I don't go often. I had a fabulous meal and a great time. And the coffee was delicious.
WONDERFUL food and friendly staff!! Highly recommend!!!
Very tasty food. Fast service. Great location. Indoor and outdoor seating. I go here every time I visit!
Cute, quaint, charming, and delicious :) bring both appetite and money.
Breakfast is definitely their specialty. I ordered a burger and wasn’t impressed. My boyfriend’s cornbread hash was amazing. Great flavors and textures. The carrot cake was also perfect. Very moist.
Unique and adorable coffee shop, highly recommended. The Breakfast Burrito and Butternut Cornbread Hash were great. They had limited seating, but after a short wait we were able to sit in the outdoor rooftop area.
It's a wonderful place to relax and have a drink and some great food. The cook is great, he really cares about the way the plate of food taste as well as it looks. And you will love the atmosphere.I really enjoyed the time I spent there.
Great food and staff. Cute little cafe
Cute & cool little coffee spot! Very cute bunch hipster spot! May need to wait for space to sit if the outdoor patio isn’t open. Not a ton of room to work/ stay (which is what I like do at coffee shops). I would recommend getting there early if you plan on doing work.
I went there for breakfast to meet a friend of mine who I haven't seen in a long time. We had a great breakfast and sat for almost 2 hours. Despite the lines, nobody push us out or Rusyed us. Food was great. Apparently, it's a well-known Institution in the area and highly sought-after for a great breakfast meal. What you see in their website is exactly how it feels but that's the fun of it. If you are in the area, I think it's a place not to be missed
So good! Very cute homey spot. Vegetarian friendly and some vegan options. Definitely coming back when I'm in town.
Unique beautiful great staff great food
Super friendly service and loved every bite of breakfast!
Quaint spot with upper and lower outside seating. Food is great too
Nestled in a beautiful little community near a quaint harbor. The Cornbread Butternut Squash Hash was a delightful breakfast dish rich in flavor and texture.
Surprisingly good little cafe. Loved the goat cheese farro salad, soup and Japanese pancakes with strawberry rhubarb. Very friendly helpful staff. Not expensive.
One of the many quaint restaurants and cafes in Bristol that give the whole are that New England-ish feel. The food is great and the drinks are very caffeinated! Street parking makes it easy to drive to and the Beehive makes for a good reward after biking or hiking the bike path through Colt State Park. Not many seats for a long morning inside, but the nearby parks are an adequate alternative.
Somewhat funky atmosphere with a small but ecclectic menu, including vegan and vegetarian choices. Food is reasonably priced and our meals have been well prepared on several visits. During the day one orders from the counter and seats themselves. At night there are servers and service has been consistently good. Highly recommended for a casual, quick and thrifty experience.
The Beehive Cafe is an adorable neighborhood gem in Bristol, RI. It’s the perfect way to end a ride along the East Bay Bikepath. I’ve gone two times and you can definitely expect a wait on the weekends, but it’s worth it. You’ll have to wait in line to order at the counter, but hopefully you’ve brought along a friend who can snag a table somewhere for you. The polenta cakes with poached eggs and pesto are divine. Exactly the kind of thing you want to refuel you for the ride back home. The crispy chickpeas are *addictive.* Oh my goodness. You’ll be craving them for days!
